    You provide the strategy — I bring it to life through professional, eye-catching, on-brand content that speaks directly to your ideal audience.

How it works

Step 1 – By the 1st of each month, you’ll upload your captions, copy & any imagery into a shared Google Drive folder

  • Step 2 – Within 2 weeks, I’ll create your full month of content and send you a Canva preview link for review

  • Step 3 – You leave feedback (if needed — 1 round of revisions included)

  • Step 4 – Once approved, your final content is delivered & ready to post!

This service is always one month ahead — so if you submit content on 1 May, I’ll deliver June content for you to schedule as needed.

FAQs

  • By the 1st of each month, you need to upload your full captions/copy, any imagery or branding updates into a shared Google Drive folder (set up during onboarding). For the first month, you’ll also need to provide your full brand style guide/kit, including colour hex codes & fonts (font licenses required if using non-Canva fonts), as well as any Canva templates you’ve been working with previously.

  • No - The Content Edit is designed for clients who already have a strong strategy and message. You provide the copy; I design the content around your words and visuals.

  • Yes! You’ll receive a preview link via Canva. You’re welcome to request one round of revisions on all content, including text or images. All feedback must be submitted together to keep things streamlined.

  • Scheduling is not included in this service. I’ll deliver all your content inside Canva — ready for you to schedule or post on your terms. This keeps you in control and allows flexibility to post how & when you works best for you.

  • I can source beautiful, on-brand stock imagery to complement your brand where needed. You’re also welcome to upload your own photos and videos into our shared folder.

  • I’ll design your Reel covers as part of your monthly content. The Reels themselves (video + captions) are best recorded by you for authenticity & impact.

  • Absolutely — this package is designed to support you, not limit you. You’re encouraged to post in between your designed content for a dynamic, well-rounded feed.

  • Results can never be guaranteed. However I will use all of my knowledge & experience in social media management & design to provide you with the highest quality content & service. Please remember that new strategies can take up to 90 days of consistent posting & nurturing before you’ll start to see significant results.
