All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upfront for digital products and before project commencement for services. No refunds are given for change of mind or unused portions of services unless required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, designs, and branding elements provided by Owl & Bear Creative remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or business use only. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or my content in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. You must not upload or transmit viruses, spam, or disruptive content.

5. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from your use of this site or my services. I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

6. Digital Products

All digital downloads are for personal use only unless a specific commercial licence is provided. Due to their nature, refunds are not provided for digital products.

7. Client Responsibility

For design and content services, clients must provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on your part may impact delivery timelines.

8. Modifications

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
